Terms of service

When purchasing from our online store you are automatically agreeing to our terms of service weather you read those terms of service or not. These terms of service are bound and can be changed anytime without customers permission knowledge will or consent.

All our customers who purchase from our store qualify for free return shipping, only if your local shipping courier allows free return shipping. If your local courier does not allow free return shipping then all customers are fully responsible for printing your own shipping return label and paying for your local shipping company courier to pickup the product from the same address the product was shipped to. If you do not have a printing label machine please contact your local USPS or UPS to print a free label for your return, only if USPS or UPS have it available for free. 

 

Cancellation of fraudulent charges policy:

Must be reported within 60 days from the date of purchase date to receive a full refund 

 

Accidental Purchase Policy: 

Must be reported within 2 days from the date of purchase. An acception of 14 days can be added onto that but must be approved.

Other cancellation refund policy

If our customer decide to cancel their order for  not receiving their product then all customers will receive a full refund after the 5 day investigation is over, which involves us contacting the shipping company to locate your missing package. If your package is not found we will fully reimburse you and we will take legal actions against the shipping company. If any of our customers decide to cancel their order and request a refund due to receiving the wrong product then all customers will receive a full refund after the 5 day investigation is over, which involves us contacting the seller, and the customer providing a photo or video of the wrong item. The seller will be fully responsible for paying for your return shipping back to them to give you the correct product or you can simply ask for a refund if you do not want to deal with that seller anymore. We will be fully responsible with giving you your refund and take legal actions against the seller for refunding and reimbursing us.

It is very important before purchasing from our store that you do you diligence by fully paying attention and look at everything written in the pictures as well as in the description of the item before you make a purchase. We will not be responsible for you overlooking something you should have seen written in the description or written on the pictures. 

If any of our customers cancel or ask for a refund for no reason whatsoever other then fraudulent activity accidental purchase damaged product or missing package or received wrong item then all orders are final and cannot be cancelled nor refunded

Anyone who maliciously with malice intentions cause defamation of character against our company because you failed to read the terms and conditions will be sued which includes social media post telling customers not to buy from our store or you had a bad experience because you overlooked something in the description or in the pictures that you thought you was receiving but didn't get.
